The hotel cutoff date for the American Bankers Insurance Association’s Annual Conference -- Oct. 12-14 in Orlando, Fla. -- has been extended to tomorrow, Sept. 25. Attendees must register by then to receive the discounted conference hotel rate for the only national event dedicated solely to the bank-insurance industry.
The opening keynote speaker will be NBC News political analyst Howard Fineman. Other sessions will focus on diversifying revenue streams and generating recurring fee income; regulatory and compliance developments; and starting, growing and maintaining a successful bank-insurance business. The conference will also offer a bank-insurance compliance training sequence.
ABA member banks are eligible for free membership in ABIA, an ABA subsidiary devoted to banks selling insurance.
